For the establishment of our new BADER facility in Rousse, we are looking for a Head of Maintenance (m/f), starting as soon as possible,

Your tasks:

• Manage, organize and run the maintenance department
• Keep the machinery and tools ready to use for production at any time by creating maintenance schedules for all machinery and tools
• Schedule maintenance in coordination with the production planning
• Analyze downtimes and establish counter measures during the running production
• Indicate necessary investment for replacement or new machinery and help the management to prepare investment requests
• Make sure the maintenance areas are kept clean and in order

Your profile:

• Degree as a machinery engineer or technical education as a mechanic
• 10+ years of working in maintenance in a production facility ideally in a sewing plant
• Ability to work in an independent an proactive manner
• Ability to create and lead a well-functioning team
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with other departments and the workers on the shop floor
• Ability to multitask and effectively organize and prioritize workload
• Experienced user of MS-Office Suite, experience with SAP is a plus
• English language skills (B2 or better) are a must, German language skills appreciated
• Ability to travel within Europe for training and workshops
