BADER knows how important it is for you to discover a wide range of experiences and opportunities. That’s why we also offer trainees to work abroad while training. DHBW students who participate in this international program have a three-month practical semester at an international BADER location. Vehicle interior designers can learn first-hand at an international facility during a four-week internship in serial production. Trainees as technical specialists for leather production and tannery are given the option of choosing to do an internship.
Additionally, we offer training opportunities for other technical vocational courses. They provide the additional opportunity of learning and working at an international BADER location at a later date, either temporarily or as a permanent employee.
