For the establishment of our new BADER facility in Rousse, we are looking for a Manager Cutting Department (m/f), starting as soon as possible,

Your tasks:

• Manage, organize and run the cutting department in coordination with the COO and be in charge for the production of textile cut parts for car seat covers
• Manage resources and staff for the best possible output and quality
• Motivate, support and promote your staff and lead them by example
• Effectively communicate with the production planning team and report to the COO and other responsible managers at all times
• Establish lean thinking and lean processes in you department to guarantee an efficient and timely production
• Organize the repair and maintenance of your production equipment in coordination with the maintenance and inspect repairs in an efficient manner

Your profile:

• Profound technical education and management knowledge
• 5+ years of experience as a manager in a relevant position in the automotive or garment industry
• Work experience with Lectra cutters or similar
• Ability to work in an independent an proactive manner
• Ability to create and lead a well-functioning team
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with both the top management and the workers on the shop floor
• Ability to multitask and effectively organize and prioritize workload
• Experienced user of MS-Office Suite, experience with SAP is a big plus
• English language skills (B2 or better) are a must, German language skills appreciated
• Ability to travel within Europe for initial and further training
