Vocational Training |
Start your training in a family-run enterprise where decision-making processes are short and flexible, the structure of hierarchies is flat, and the culture of cooperation is lived in all departments. At BADER we not only work as a team to meet international quality standards, but we value and promote the talent and abilities of each individual staff member. |
BADER offers young professionals the chance to discover the diverse scope of opportunities offered by a globally operating company. Our broad range of production processes provides candidates with a wide variety of career options. We are looking for people who are interested in manual-technical careers as well as in design, research, and development, or who find their inspiration in production or management. At BADER you are part of a team: In Germany and at production facilities around the world. |
We consequently provide vocational training for the following professions: Vehicle interior designer, industrial clerk, technical specialist in leather production and tannery. This career training can also be combined with a university level study program, within the scope of the dual Business Administration-Industry work-study program at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), located in Heidenheim, Germany. |
BADER knows how important it is for you to discover a wide range of experiences and opportunities. That’s why we also offer trainees to work abroad while training. DHBW students who participate in this international program have a three-month practical semester at an international BADER location. Vehicle interior designers can learn first-hand at an international facility during a four-week internship in serial production. Trainees as technical specialists for leather production and tannery are given the option of choosing to do an internship.
Additionally, we offer training opportunities for other technical vocational courses. They provide the additional opportunity of learning and working at an international BADER location at a later date, either temporarily or as a permanent employee. |
