The BADER Design Team, led by Alexandra Dittrich (Global Head of Design), recently attended the 21st edition of Auto Shanghai, Asia’s leading automotive trade fair — where BADER China proudly represented the brand with its own exhibition stand. The local team welcomed numerous designers from major Chinese OEMs who visited to explore our latest material and surface innovations.

Throughout the exhibition, a clear design direction emerged: a growing preference for smooth, unembossed surfaces that convey elegance, refinement and minimalist sophistication.

With nearly 1,000 companies from 26 countries, Auto Shanghai 2025 was a true hub for innovation, global collaboration and forward-looking design. The event’s theme, “Embracing Innovation, Empowering the Future,” perfectly aligns with BADER’s mission — shaping interior solutions that combine technology, sustainability and premium craftsmanship.
