On September 24, BADER once again opened its doors in Göppingen for the “Nacht der Ausbildung”, a career orientation event that gives young people the opportunity to explore different career paths and get a first-hand look behind the scenes at participating companies.

As one of the participating companies, we had the opportunity to present BADER as a training company, showcase our apprenticeship programs and dual study opportunities, and give visitors an authentic impression of what a career at BADER can look like. Turned out to be a sucsess - around 200 interested visitors came to our headquaters to get to know  BADER as an employer.

Throughout the evening, our apprentices, students and colleagues played a key role at the event. In numerous personal conversations, they answered questions, shared their experiences and offered authentic insights into everyday life at BADER - showing what makes an apprenticeship or dual study program with us special.

For us, the “Nacht der Ausbildung” is about more than simply presenting career opportunities. It is about creating genuine connections, answering questions and helping young people discover where their own future could take them.

A big thank you to everyone involved for their commitment and teamwork. BADER was able to present its career opportunities in an open, authentic and personal way. The strong interest and many engaging conversations made the evening a great success.

The future starts with the right opportunities - and sometimes with simply opening the door.
