Building on the journey that began in 2024, BADER China is proud to share the third session of its ongoing public welfare initiative dedicated to supporting educational exchange and youth development. The initiative continues to reflect BADER China’s long-term commitment to social responsibility and meaningful community engagement.
In June 2026, BADER China, together with the Dalian Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and Da Ai Kunlun, welcomed 25 Tibetan middle school students from Qinghai Province to Dalian for a one-week study tour. The program was designed to provide young participants with new perspectives beyond their home region and to encourage cultural exchange, learning, and personal development.
Throughout the week, the students took part in a diverse program of educational and cultural activities. BADER China contributed by organizing interactive handicraft workshops, leathercraft sessions, and Tibetan dance activities, creating a space where creativity, self-expression, and cultural identity could be explored and shared. These hands-on experiences encouraged students to engage actively, build confidence, and develop new skills in a supportive environment.
For many students coming from remote areas, the opportunity to travel beyond their familiar surroundings represents an important step in broadening horizons. Such experiences can play a meaningful role in strengthening motivation, self-confidence, and aspirations for the future, helping young people to envision new educational and professional pathways.
The initiative emphasizes that sustainable support goes beyond financial assistance. At BADER China, social engagement is understood as the creation of long-term opportunities for learning, exchange, and personal growth. By fostering direct interaction between cultures and communities, the program aims to contribute to a more inclusive and connected future.
This year’s session once again highlighted the value of collaboration between corporate partners, educational institutions, and social organizations. The joint effort made it possible to deliver a well-rounded program that combined cultural exchange, practical learning, and meaningful human connection.
BADER China extends its sincere thanks to all partners and supporters who contributed to the success of this initiative. The company looks forward to continuing and expanding this journey, helping more young people discover new perspectives and opportunities beyond their immediate environment.
