Our BADER Delta plant (BAD104) has been officially awarded the prestigious Gold Achievement in the latest Leather Working Group (LWG) audit of 2024 — a recognition that reflects our unwavering commitment to sustainable practices, operational excellence, and responsible production.

This outstanding result is the result of the dedication, expertise, and shared values of the entire BADER Delta team. Earning the Gold rating is no small feat: it requires consistently high performance across several key areas including environmental stewardship, health and safety, and ethical business conduct.

A Milestone in Our Sustainability Journey

At BADER, we believe that sustainability is not a goal — it’s a continuous journey. The 2024 audit results for BADER Delta confirm that we are not only on the right path, but also taking significant steps forward toward our global environmental objectives.

Energy Management: In line with our Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitment, BADER Delta took a major step forward in 2024 by successfully installing additional photovoltaic systems. These solar installations are part of our broader strategy to enhance the use of renewable energy across all operations. With these efforts, BADER Delta is well on track to achieving 100% renewable electricity by mid-2026, supporting our global mission to reduce carbon emissions and promote clean energy.

Water Management: We’re also proud to report that BADER Delta achieved the maximum possible score in water usage management — a significant accomplishment that showcases our focus on efficient, responsible, and sustainable resource use. In regions where water scarcity is an ongoing challenge, optimizing water use is more important than ever. BADER Delta’s performance sets a high benchmark for the entire industry.

Health & Safety: Our people are the heart of everything we do, and at BADER Delta, that principle is taken seriously every day. With a score of over 90% in Health & Safety, the plant demonstrates its strong culture of care, prevention, and workplace well-being. These efforts are not only critical for meeting compliance standards, but more importantly, for fostering a working environment where every employee feels safe, respected, and empowered.
